Please can someone look at this and see what I am doing wrong. I have been working on this for about a week now. Updating firmware, new version of Nero. All I want to do is back up a few personal purchased movies.

Skynearth , i had the same problem with that verison of Nero i reverted back to the 7.5.1.1 and everything is fine now
