Hello Guys, I have the intel 2.8E Processor (HT 1Mb), 2x512MB DDR 400 Rams, and the intel 865PERL Motherboard. As you know the 865 doesn't have a PCI-EXPRESS slot, so what i wanna ask is the following, is there a motherboard that supports the 2.8e processor , and the ddr 400 rams and has a Pci-exp.? because i just got NVIDEA's 7950GT VGA, and i'm not actually thinking of getting a new system for it unless i don't have another choice. (if we can only change the motherboard it'll be great).

if that cpu is a socket 775 than yes can still use the ram. check this link tho is canadian. http://www.pcvonline.com/products.aspx?c...b2=Socket%20775
