I am currently using it with Utorrent. The problem if every time i do a search the page comes up but after 2 seconds it take me to another one that states it has been blocked or the page cannot display. When i disable PeerGuardian its doesnt do that. Whats the problem??

PeerGuardian is blocking the HTTP requests of your browser. Open PeerGuardian and click the button on the right that says "Allow HTTP". Then minimize it back to the system tray. Now check to see if you can load those pages in your browser.
