I have high speed internet, comcast. Sometimes I can get as fast as 3mbps downloads in utorrent. I am forewarded properly and I've downloaded a ton of things previously, but all of a sudden anything I download stops somewhere between 99% and 100%. It downloads at top speeds, there are a large quantity of seeds and peers but as soon as it hits the 99% mark it slows and finally stops before completion. It disconnects all seeds from me and only lets me upload to peers. Sometimes it will give me a 0.2 kbps download speed but thats about it. I thought it had something to do with my ratio but even after it hits upwards of 5.0 I still am getting no download speed. Any ideas?
