TMPGE Problem

Hi I seem to be having a problem with the TMPGE program that i have i didnt used to but i was quite happy converting from avi2mpg extracting the audio with vitual dub and following all the good advise that everyone has to say on afterdawn but now my TMPGE is still converting from avi2mpg but has no picture and only has sound because i have virtual dubbed it first i dont know what ive done to it i have even uninstalled it and put it back in still no joy any clues why thanks Avatar

hmm had you set video to direct stream copy?
