copy and paste your logs in the thread........ you'll find Nero logs here:


Nero 6 history log location: Program Files>Ahead>Nero>NeroHistory.txt

Nero 7 history log location: Program Files>Nero>Nero 7>Core>NeroHistory.tx

it's very easy........ just highlight the whole log........ then hit COPY ....... go to this thread and hit REPLY..... then in the message area with the curser blinking right click mouse and hit PASTE. then edit out your serial #! and bingo ...... full log
