Im stupid and need some help with Emule

Hey all, this is my first post.

Im accessing the net using wireless (36Mbps) and have recently followed Dela's guide installing and using Emule, however downloads are about as slow as a one armed bricklayer in Baghdad. The highest speed was 2kbps.. and in 4hrs Ive ran Emule Ive downloaded 1mb.

The wireless fluctuates a bit, however when using Bearshare it easily stays on 300kbps.

Emule has heaps of content Ive been looking for and I'd really appreciate some advice on what to do.

PS: Im not running Bearshare and Emule together.
