My xbox won't load the menu to let me access my games

My modded xbox won't let me access any of my games. It'll load up the screen but I can only go to ms dashboard, reboot, and something else. It still has the custom background for it. I bought this from someone and don't know how to fix it. I think the program is executor or something like that. It says executor rocks my box or something like that when it loads.

which dash do you have? can you still FTP? do you have any autoinstaller disk.
