Azureus and UPnP

I have a small home network(two desktop computers), and I'm trying to get Azureus working properly on one.
I have Bellsouth DSL, and it comes into the host computer through a Westell Router provided by Bellsouth. From there, I have a Belkin Wireless G Router plugged in to the Westell, and the second computer is networked via a wireless adapter.
I'm trying to get Azareus on the second computer, NOT the host.

1)If I have UPnP, I don't need port fowarding, correct?
2)The Belkin is UPnP compatible, does it matter whether the Westell is, since the second computer is networked through the Belkin?
3)Do I need a static IP with UPnP, and if so, will a static IP mess anything up on the network?
4)I've using port 53000(UDP and TCP) for the listening port, they've been opened up in both computers, but I still "time out" on the NAT/Firewall test. Any suggestions?
