DVD plays Chapters too Fast

I burned a DVD using Nero 6 Express. The DVD is made up a 5 Chapters from 5 .wmv files. Some of the chapters play too fast. The video flys by at warp speed and the audio plays at normal speed. What could cuase this? I burn at the slowest speed (2x).
