i have NEC DVD RW ND 3500AG DVD Bruner and i cant brun memorex -R
or sony -R can some one help me?

That NEC burner may need a firmware update. Here's where to get it:

Be cautious:

There's 3 totally different versions for the NEC 3500AG: Yours sounds like it's the Packardbell OEM drive and the latest firmware version is 2.58

There's also the Fujitsu OEM drive and the Mad dog drive with totally different versions. Flashing to the uncorrect firmware may ruin your drive.

Post back the current firmware version on your drive and we'll be able to tell you which is the correct latest firmware version.

When dvdidentifier is opened up and the NEC drive is selected,look to the right of the model for the firmware version.
