I am importing a Wii from America. I currently live in Japan. I know that it will play on my tv, but I am wondering whether the power should be alright or not. I am on 60 hz power over here. I used a PS2 a while back (from the US) and it worked fine. I am just worried about long-term damage that might I might incur while using it.

Oh, I use my laptop with no problems. I am guessing that laptops have more sophisticated power management though.

Anyone able to put my fears to rest?
