sharepod problem, please help

when I try to open sharepod it gives me runtime error 339.
component comdlg32.ocx or one of it's dependencies not correctly
registered: a file missing or invalid. I had not tried using sharepod on my new computer yet, just my old one. I tried downloading the 3 things it says you need to use it but that did not
work, any pointers because i need to backup my songs.

Go to there site, and download comdlg32.ocx file, then extract it, then take the file itself and copy it into the Sharpod folder on your ipod!
