hey i was trying to install itunes and a service message came up saying ipodservice could not be stopped. can some one help me

Hey how do i take a picture of the screen.? I think it's ctrl+print screen but then after that what do I do?

its just the prt scr button then open paint and right click > paste, or ctrl + V
