GLW_StartOpenGL() - could not load OpenGL subsystem Issue but video drivers are installed!

i get the GLW_StartOpenGL() - could not load OpenGL subsystem error, in mohxx, but the thing is i have opengl installed and i have the latest drivers, i even tried uinstalling mohxx and reinstall still same issue, i not even going pass the desktop resultion , also in bf1942 i cant get higher that 1024x768 rez, when before i did a clean install i was able to get higher then 1024x768! I have no clue why this is happening, i have all the proper drivers install, this is a clean install!
