I suggest you try another client, Bit Roll is meant to be infested with spyware - Check one of these out.
BitCommet:
http://www.bitcomet.com/doc/download.htm
Azureus:
http://azureus.sourceforge.net/
uTorrent:
http://www.utorrent.com/download.php
ABC [Yet Another Bittorrent Client]
http://pingpong-abc.sourceforge.net/
BitTornado
http://bittornado.com/
After you have chosen your client, you now of course have to endeavour into BT file-sharing, on the bellow trackers you will be able to find huge selections of .torrent files you can download with your BT client and run in order to create a peer-to-peer link and acquire your file.
Some good public BT tracker's:
http://www.isohunt.com
http://www.torrentspy.com/
http://www.mininova.org/
http://www.torrentbox.com/
You'll find the best stuff at private trackers, these sites are invite only usually, you need to receive an invite from someone on the inside to gain membership,WARNING You are not allowed to ask for invites at AfterDawn.Com.
Stick with public trackers (for now) the list of them goes on really, once you've installed your client just search for what you want in any of those sites and download the .torrent file. TomMelee's BT Bible will weed out any other answers you need, it explains everything you need to know, you can download his guide from here:
TomMelee's BT Bible 1.2
http://www.plucky.org/download-central/p2p-tutorials/
That should cover everything needed for you to start using BT, theres plenty of other torrent guides and good threads regarding BT and other means of file sharing:
AfterDawn P2P forums
http://forums.afterdawn.com/forum_view.cfm/18
They will provide a great source of information for you to get yourself in the know.
Check out this guide for ways to make yourself safe whilst using BT:

Best of luck.

Well i went to google how to speed up my torrentz and i cam to a wepbpage but i have no idea what it means ..i have xp but i dont know so much about the Sp2 but anyways this is what it says for the first step ..can i get that broke down a little bit
Uncap the Windows XP SP2 Connections Limit
Service pack 2 limited the TCP/IP stack to 10 half-open connections?there rest are queued?to reduce virus spread rate. Unfortunately, this cripples a p2p program. Open those connections with this patch: EvID4226Patch223d-en.zip. Install at your own risk, but it works great for me with the limit increased from 10 to 100 or 200. You could go as high as 500 if you wanted, but that might be overkill.

You don't need to Google anything, all of what you need to know is here and at Port Forward or are you stil trying to speed up Bitroll? First, you probably need to set a static ip address. Here is a step by step guide, it's easy, just pay attention to the dns part: http://portforward.com/networking/staticip.htm

solteen well if you downloaded saw 3 from a torrent you are guilty of piriacy and that is not allowed here, also bitrole is bad news so get rid of it, also we don't need to know where you get your movies,

Could be a PAL/NTSC or codec issue, a new post in the proper forum would return more results, kinda off topic.
