"dvd drive locked or not found?" error message using ripit4me

Hello, I am trying to back up a copy of "The Biggest Loser: The Workout" and also Jackass Number Two: Unrated

When I start up RipIt4Me Version 1.6.5.0 the application cannot find the dvd on my F: or G: drive.
It says in blinking text:
"dvd drive locked or not found?"
This happens both in Wizard mode and 1click mode.

Also, I tried using decrypter 3.5.4 to create a file. The application will not acknowledge the disc; I clicked "mode" then "file" and also "read".
"No device detected"

I also ran dvdfab decrypter 3.0.0.1 beta 4. I created a new dvdfab file and opened dvd shrink 3.2.015
It came back with error:

"specified folder is invalid access is denied"

Then I ran FixVTS version: 1.6.0.3 this also failed.

Can someone help me figure this out, please.

Hopefully this will fix your probs, it's an AD thread, look down the page untill you find laddyboys posting (on the first page)
