ok, i put an exception in windows firewall, mcafee, for port 15662 as my listen port for bitlord, but whenever i run a test port thing, it always says no information can get through, can anyone help?

Dump Bitlord (it's a spyware infested piece of sh*t, and it's banned on many trackers) and get a proper torrent client, like Azureus 2.5.0.0 or ”torrent 1.6.
