Hi all

I hope there is someone out there who can help me. I bought an MP4 player from Japan or China or somewhere like that and when it arrived I connected it up and tried to sync to Media Player, I thn found a slip of paper saying just to drag and drop. Trouble is I think that the sync has deleted some file because the sample music that used to be on it has now gone and it keeps saying that it is empty. When I try and drop anything onto it I just get an error message that says "cannot copy or replace xxx: The directory or file cannot be created. Can anyone help me, I have a machine that I can play the radio on but nothing else!
