Hey guys, this is my first time trying to burn DVDs and I've hit a snag that I can't seem to shake. After ripping and shrinking my DVDs (AnyDVD and DVD Shrink) I try to burn them with Nero, only to get an error saying that either my DVD burner could not be found (even though it uploads fine) or that disc-at-once failed. I use an external (USB) Lite-On LDW-811S with all the latest drivers/firmware I could find. My comp is a Toshiba Satellite, 1.5 Ghz Celeron, 512 RAM, etc. Any help? Here is the error log from Nero:

Hey mikey192
Do you have a 2.0 usb port in the laptop you can try on the laptop? From the log looks like your using a 1.1 usb hub - well Nero is showing this Adapter driver: <USB 1.0>.

If you have any other external drives plugged in I'd disconnect them too.

Another program to try to burn these is ImgBurn.
