BeSweet GUI problems

It's more like a complete failure. I point the GUI to the BeSweet.exe and choose the input file and output file. But no matter what button I hit (i.e. wav-mp3, mp3-wav, etc..), it just does absolutely nothing. Same with the lame and tooLame encoders. Errr. Any help?
