Sansa e250 Problem

My daughter's e250 has recently stopped playing her music that was downloaded from a CD. The music she transfered from Rhapsody works fine. The player was and has been working normally for four months to this point.

The player seems to work normally until you choose one of these songs. Once chosen, the screen turns whtie and the e250 shuts down.

The player does the same thing when I plug the USB cable into it.....I get a white screen and it shuts down.

Any insight ??
