What is the difference between these 2 types of memory? I am considering on doing a computer upgrade to an Athlon FX 3800 CPU but it requires dual core ddr memory is this better and is it any different than the ddr SDRAM memory I am using in my system now? I have an athlon xp 2800 system now.
