Yeah, I'm excited about it.
I registered hours ago, and still haven't received my activation email yet! I sent them a message about it, and they haven't answered........

I registered and got the activation message within a few minutes.
I've been reading posts. This is going to be a very helpful site.
Some of the problems arising lately are not of Slysofts making.
Some of the ISPs are reworking their browsers because of Vista
coming out. In my case it caused a real mess with not being able
to get a correct update for 7 weeks until it was figured out that
my ISPs browser would no longer do it correctly and Internet
Explorer had to be used.

email from Slysoft:
Be sure you have Slysoft's update email address in your "safe list".
Otherwise it will most likely be addressed as "junk" email. I got my activation email in seconds, literally. I have all Slysoft's email addresses in my address book & my safe list. Just a "Tip". I hope this will help.

I use matt72...only thing seems if you are not praising slysoft software you get flamed easily. Overall good to see they have provided a forum where you can address issues with new releases and technical info using their software.

I don't find this to be the case at all...I have seen several posts discussing DVD Shrink and there are a few that even recommend Nero Recode vs CloneDVD2.

Hi,
I believe the posts were removed as it turned into a flamewar (as we have all seen here). Anyway I still think the release of HD-AnyDVD will make slysoft a great tool to have in anyones' backup arsenal.

i think it was a great idea, on their part as their software
at SLYSOFT is hands down #1.............
i do think that their forums should stay about all
their software as such,it should help the clutter at
Afterdawn aswell. and they will be on those forums aswell
great idea on "SLYSOFT'S" part.
keep up the great work/best programs out there............
gday............

I think that forum must have been around for a while because admin shows as being a member since 2005. Perhaps just a dormant board newly revitalized?

I also think having a Slysoft forum is a great idea. I see many familiar names whom I know will give excellent advice and tech knowledge.
I changed my name, don't like the one here. I didn't give it much thought when I signed up in 2004.
