Hen-d wont load in 2.71 TA-082

this is what totorial says
1. Copy the UPDATE and idstoragechange folders into /PSP/GAME/
2. Get the official sony 1.50 eboot and put it in the /PSP/GAME/UPDATE folder with the name of UPDATE.PBP
3. Run HEN-D if you are not already running it.
(half of the toturial this is where i got stuck at)
i put the HEND file in the psp photo folder but when it comes to loading it, it freezes wtf? can any1 help me?

dont go to the hen d folder and press X, go there and press start.

it still freezes.. i go to photo>memory>Hend > rand and it freezes

try reinstalling it.

ok lemme make sure im putting the right file on the photo...
I open Hend.rAR>Ms_root>PSP>photo> adn then hend, took the hend file and put it in
psp>photo and in photo put the hend file in there.. em i doing this right???? or wrong

Keep trying, some people had to do it 9 times.
The other thing I read was you have a better chance of not freezing if you put on your own wallpaper pic (instead of sony's original).

try using the k easy installer by kealvaro...but before you install HEND you should reformat your memory stick first...just to be sure...once installed try to open the photo menu and wait for about 5 secs before running hend....hope this helps....
Proud owner of a Sony PSP TA-082 motherboard running on 2.71 FW HEN-D and Devhook .046 and Devhook 0.51 for 2.71 now emulating 3.02 FIRMWARE.

i need help im not sure about this but when i format my memory card it still has folders on it like music video ms root its that good? i mean i though that if i format all of that is supposed to go but anyway when i put the hen-d on my 2.80 psp with TA-082 its really weird cause one time it freezes but as soon as i hit the folder and sometimes it doesnt freeze there but it does when i get into the image and a loading icon appears but it just freezes i freaked out when this last one happened cause it took a long time to load again i thought it was bricked so anyway what should i do? thx in advance
