Hey I found this from my main supplier of mod-chips.

FreeLoader uses proprietary technology to enable your GameCube or Wii console to play Gamecube import games from any other region. Using FreeLoader you can now, for example, easily play U.S. Gamecube games on a European GameCube or Wii console, or play Japanese Gamecube games on a U.S. console.

I don't know if you guys already know about this but I here alot about the new mod chip want play other region games. Well this will let you play em.
