Hello all, For quite some time, i haven't been able to shut down my pc. I think it has something to do with the following screen shot (error message). any help to this prob would be appreciated. Hopefully i can figure out how to do this screen shot, so bare with me. Thanks

bump, does anyone know what to do with this error message. been to the microsoft site, can't seem to remedy this problem. i've had to manualy shut off my pc for over a year now. tnx
