Is there actually a mod chip that allows you to play ALL Wii and Gamecube backups on the Wii yet? Because I was thinking about buying a pre-modded Wii in China once there is a chip that does this and once my Gamecube breaks down.

Sorry for double posting, but I also wanted to know if the mod chip I'm looking for that probably doesn't exist yet allows you to play online with backups?

It appears that dispite what i originaly thought about the wiinja mod chip that it does work.
The link below shows a wii with the mod installed and running wii backups

good luck.
But personaly i would steer clear. This is the first mod chip out.
Later version will no doubt be better.

God Wait for a Soft mod in a year id rather wait a year and buy a few original tittles then gamble with a machine that is priced 250us,I did it I made ahuge gamble with a Ps2 in Feb 2002 when like the 2nd mod came out I was lucky it worked i got it done by a pro for 160au includiong the instilation and had to wait 3 days and I was freaked out for those 3 as I got the thing the last xmas 01 and they just came out in aus and paid well my mum did 749au if you still go for it then consider paying a few extra bucks for a pro to install it it will be worth it!
