Hey guys, I need your help. I want to play SFA3M but when I download the "file" I get heaps of other files. I think I'm supposed to get them but I don't know how to put them in my PSP. So can someone with unlimited downloadsor willing to download, download a SFA3M and teach me how to put it in my PSP?

ok let me try to explain. you are in v1.5 right? you are using some kind of something like DevHook???? if not, then i suggest you search on how to get that????? ok......after downloading the file you got a bunch of files rite? download WinRAR and install it. after that double click on one of the file and it will start doing it's job. after that you should revceive two things. a folder called PSP_GAME and DATA.bin........something like that. now download UMDGen. (it's better to get the newer version) now drag the folder and the other file into the program. it should do it's work. when it's done click on file and save it. name it whatever you want. after that just copy the file into your ISO folder in your MS.

oh sorry. ok now you need WinRAR.
if you don't have it go google it. after you install that, your heap of files should turn into an icon of THREE STACKED BOOKS right?
double click on the first file and it should abstract all of the other files. now another window will pop out with a folder and a file.
what you need next is "UMDGen". go google it if you don't have it. (doesn't matter which version. recommend the newer version)open it up and......
drag the folder and file from the other window and put it into the UMDGen.
now click on file and click on save. now place it where ever and name it whatever. after that it will do it's work and then gives you your ISO of the game. (for example: you place it in the desktop, you will see it in the desktop witht the name that you label it.)
now create a ISO folder in your the root of your MS. (for example: F:/ISO) create a ISO folder there. ok. now boot up your psp and the game should pop up when you click on the MS.

Ok heres what I did. I do have WinRAR.
I guess its much more better to explain in pictures.
I downloaded Street Fighter Alpha 3 Max [PSP][USA][English][www.newpct.com] and this is whats in it.
In csio, there is:
Now I think all the pik-sfa3m folders hold the same contents, so i'll open one and show you guys. But the last pik-sfa3m folder is a different size, so I don't know what to open or not. I'll just open that one.
Now I'll extract "pik-sfa3m.iso <--" to my desktop
Now is there somewhere you should stop me at? And now I don't know what to do. Dun Dun Dun!!!

now open that up and drag the PSP_GAME and UMD_DATA.bin straight from WinRAR into it. it should starts to do something. just wait. i'll tell you the next step after were done with this. hurry

there you go!!!! now click on file (top-left) and save it. name it whatever you want. after you name it click on save and it will convert the game into ISO. your next challenge awaits.........

I don't get it. It turned into a RAR file. It opens to this.

nope. it may seems like it but it's not. now create an ISO folder in your root of your MS. (for example- ms0:/ISO) and drag the newly WinRAR file that you just made. make sure it's the new you just made. now boot up your psp and scroll down to your MS and it should be the first thing you see. tell me if you get it or not. hurry

now turn it off (hold it 5-8 seconds) now turn it back on and hold on to the R-shoulder until a purple-ish page comes up. click on configuration and check to see what version are you on. (it should be easy to spot them because they're numbers. if your on 1.5, change it into 3.03 by pressing X on it.) now click on back and exit that and try to play the game again.

try taking the UMD out and turn off your psp. turn it back on holding the R and go to configuration and "enable the NO UMD" now try it again

alright put the UMD back in. turn the psp off. turn it back on hold R and disable the NO UMD. change the 3.03 kernel into 1.5. (just press X on the 3.03 and it will change it.) return and exit and try it again.
