I recently purchased the Cucusoft software and the first few videos were converted successfully and now when I try to convert them it gives me a green screen, I have the lastest version of the software, can anyone please help me.

what's your version number? the latest should be 5.25.5.8

When I'm trying to convert any mpeg format, when using the AVI format it converts.
