um... ok, so would you like to actually confirm this? You're saying you don't need a chip to boot back ups? Because the gcos dol doesn't allow you to play backups of wii games, just gc and homebrew.

Yes you don't "need" the ISO it came with (but it IS free and does cost $$ for that app) but your comment confuses the point. The Wiinja boots Wii backups that is what is important.

Is there a dictionary around here that deciphers the abbreviations you guys keep using? I think GCOS is probably Gamecube Operating System, but the other ones.....?????????
Some of us are new, and I'll bet that I'm not the only one that would like to comprehend what is being said.
Thanks for your patience, and I appreciate the info sharing.
Salut!

Every post TabletPC makes is a load of Sh*T. He never provides proof and in my opinion every word is a lie which he made up, and actualy believes himself.
I dont even think TabletPC has a WiiNja Mod or is capable of installing one. His hopes lie in a Softmod which he is dying for. Thats why he makes stuff up and makes pointless and anoying threads.
Ponder this TabletPC, Your a edited for content

take apart the iso using WinRAR you will notice that all that is inside the iso for the wiinja is a dol file called bootloader.dol all you have to do is copy the dol files and the other files to a sdcard and use the gamecube sd card adapter to launch the dol using sdload or even action replays homebrew loader the modified version of gcos boots gamecube backups and homebrew if you bother to take the iso apart and start to read the files and take the files apart the have modified gcos to run on the wii with the new wii cd drive but still wii backups do not run off of it yet
so as long as we know we can change thiis soon by our selves without forking out 60.00 for a chip we can build are selves for less then 20.00

Yes but you are posting in a Wii forum claiming you don't need the chip. Then in the same breath you are saying it only works for gc ("gamecube" for carbon14) backups and homebrew (programs created by people, not games made by developers)
So you'd be better off posting in the gc forums claiming that you can use the AR sdloader to play GC backups on the wii.
Your post has no relevance to wii users looking to play wii backups. You still need the chip (that I highly doubt you actually have because I ordered mine a week ago and haven't seen it yet)

you started out talking about the wiinja (which is designed with the sole purpose of booting wii backups) and then at the end say you don't need the chip. That makes no sense. You can't use the modified gcos to boot wii backups without the chip so your statement is flawed.

Interesting, can you provide the link to the thread? I forward Wiinja info to people but I might as well find out if I'm being duped.
