ok.. i have a mpeg file that won't load on either TMPGEnc or author.. all i get is an error that i cannot open or is unsupported.. i can watch the mpeg with window media player.. if i try and use author ..it comes up with a size error and and framrate error... please help

can you load your file into either GSpot or avicodec and then copy the file properties into your next post
