Nero Problem. Please Help!

To all of you here who are expert at using Nero to back up PS2 games. I have been reading alot from this forum and already tried some of the suggestions recommended by some of you here. My problem is I kept getting the "Burner process failed at 8x (8,310K)" message preceeding by the illegal dvd command . I have tried Maxell DVD+R and switched to Verbatim DVD-R, and set the speed at 1x, 2x for burning. Somehow the program automatically switched the speed to 6x. I also upgraded the firmware for the Sony DVD Writer and it was loaded and installed successfully. The only thing I didn't do - because I don't know how- was to change the DMA setting as recommended (to disable DNA setting in Windows) when I installed the firmware, however. I have wasted 8 DVDs and have not been able to back up any copy of the PS2 games I have. I am including a copy of my Nero history log for you to help me check for any problem. Much appreciation for your help with this matter!!!
By the way, I am using Magic Key 2 with Magic Swap 3.6 Plus.

i think part of the problem is that you are using single layered discs and you need to use dual layered ones.
