there isnt a program that will MAKE it for you, you need to learn how to code c++ or lua.

code a game then compile it to psp using a program i cant remeber the name of
I was banned from this site 3 or so years ago under the name lmtlmt, i still do not know the reason for my ban so can a mod please pm me about it.Also i am now a lua coder.

Writing games is more than "basic" C++, it's advanced coding with many, many proc calls.
lua is easier, but still no picnic.
Try hacking a few roms first, and if you attack coding like you attack posting English in forums be ready for a major round of debugging.

I'm dead serious about this bit.. If you have to ask n00b questions without doing any reasearch you are very far off track. It took me (with no interest in the psp) less than 20 seconds to find a wealth of information and sites dealing with psp homebrew coding, and even competitions.
Think that's a hard response? Tough.. You have a ways to go.. start small and work up.
@ luamaniac.. congrats on an achievement.. lua coding is a great skill, and very marketable. wish I had the time and dedication to learn it for myself.....

tehjoker, edit your sig to conform to forum specs ASAP.
4. If you want to use both text and image in your signature the image should not be more than 500 pixels wide and 100 pixels tall, and you can use up to three lines of text.

It is pretty damn hard, its a bit like learning hml coding, take your time and you will learn how to do it. well at least it was same as http for me :S
