There are a couple (namely tabletpc) of users on this forum that are seriously misleading users on several topics.

He is posting with an air of authority on subjects related to mod chips and wii hacks. He as both misled and flat lied on several occasions. Just watch out for his posts. He has no clue what he's talking about.

He's only 13 which explains a lot really.

so what if he is 13 he can post the right stuff aswell but he just wont for some reason im 17 not much diff soo? why does age matter what are you 30?

Honestly age doesnt really matter but the fact is that he has been giving false info on more than one occasion.In fact i take everything he says with a grain of salt. It is becuase of all the misleading posts that i now start to look elsewhere for info. Not like it matters much but if enough people become like me this site will fall. I would hate to see that becuase i have learned so much from here.

Don't get all hotty. Age doesn't matter but you're ignorant if you don't see the relevance. Would you agree that there is an enormous difference between 13 and 17? If your still hung up on that fact then you are being ignorant. You can be very mature at 17, yes, but anybody over 17 will agree that there is still a lot of maturing to do. It's not the age that we will ultimately judge you by, its the context and maturity of your posts, and that dude would have us all believing he's somewhere in the realm of 6 to 8 by his posts.

I'm just saying, be careful thats all. There are a lot of people who will come here and take any post as gospel, and in this case, lots would be misled.

First of all, the issue at hand is not age or maturity but whether several posts by named individual are credible. The more people keep posting and providing invalid information, their credibility will take a fall. At the same time, this "forum" is a public domain where opinions (right or wrong) can be posted. If you really disagree with someone, correct them by providing facts, sources, and valid data and move on. I appreciate your warning about dubious info being posted, but I will verify my self instead blatantly attacking someone using assumptions or stereotypes because ignorance has no excuse. I can deal with someone being incorrect.
