NEED HELP GOT A HP LAPTOP AND THE SOUND HAS GONE OUT IF PUSH ON THE RT OF THE MOUSE IT WILL COME BACK IN BUT AS SOON AS I RELEASE IT GOES BACK OUT WHAT CAN I DO TO REPAIR IT? CAN SOMEBODY HELP ME!!!!!

knock off the caps as is referred to as shouting & is a no no.
