at3 conversion help.

I've been trying for about 3 months to convert music files to at3 and it's just not working for me. First I tried using SonicStage and converting my mp3's but when I load the music to my psp they always stay as .OMA files. Then with the Goldwave technique, I tried doing that and I have the ATRAC 3 Codecs installed but whenever I go to save my tracks as .WAV with a At3 codec, the codecs for whatever reason is not showing up. Is there any other way to convert files to at3?

I'm having the same problem. I love at3, but its so difficult to get to... I had a cd player that converted 400 songs to at3 and put them on a cd... beautiful... sorry i cant help guy
