Ir-Shell with 3.03OE-C

I've been using 3.03OE-C and i want to put an ir shell on it, but im not sure if there is one compatable yet. I was thinking I could get a 1.50 compatable one and put it in GAME150, but im not sure. And i still not completely sure of what devhook or HEN is, or if they apply to me.

it works fine with OE. Put the GAME files on the GAME_150 folder.
