sansa e250 : videos not showing up on the list(on the mp3)!!

ok so i converted my videos, i synchronized it to the mp3, and now when i try to watch them, it says "empty" on the mp3. it takes away my memory on the mp3 too but it doesnt have a list of videos i put in it on the mp3. does anyone know why this is happenin? (also on windows media player 10, i have the folders MUSIC,PICTURES,PLAYISTS but no VIDEOS
Am i suppose to make a folder myself named VIDEOS?)
please help =(
