Hello all i am a newbie here and to the whole backup scene as well.First i will explain what i would like to do then i will ask for opinions on what i should do and if its something you have let me know the ups and downs.
Ok i would like to back up games onto a hard drive.Whether external or internal i am open for suggestions.I am defiantly not sold on one idea.I basically would like to know what i need to get and what i need to do.I have a V-7 PS2 i believe its model number 39001.So if this is perhaps not a V-7 i stand corrected.I would basically like some peoples opinions on what they have seen work first hand and what was the best theve seen work.I have asked alot of questions but mainly to the people selling products and i just keep getting thrown in circles with well our product is better than theres etc etc.Im sure you all know what i mean.Also i heard there is a way to get games from online rather than straight from the disks.Is this what they call emulators?And what exactly are these and where do you get them etc etc.And what would even be greater is if there is someone out there from ohio that would be willing to help personally that would be awsome!But if not its ok.So basically i am asking what do i need to buy where do i need to get the parts etc etc .I would like to store my games on a hard drive thats all.Im not looking for like cheats and stuff just game storage and the ability to play them from the hard drive rather than from the actual cd.
Also im new here and i think i posted in the right place if not i apologize in advance and please move me where it needs to be rather than deleting it.Thank yoiu to all the people out there that can help me out.I look forward to being a part of your site!!!
