HELP!!! Audiofy to MP3

Greetings,
I just ordered some "Audiofy" Audiobook Chips to practice foreign languages while travelling outside the USA, http://www.pimsleurdirect.com/s.nl/sc.15/.f , and I ordered Garmin's Zumo GPS http://www.garmin.com/products/zumo/ to play them on, as it has an SD port.
But, I've just checked Garmin's website and while it says that the Zumo will play MP3s, it's NOT capable of playing audiobooks. (Garmin only lists their 2820 GPS as being capable of playing audiobooks.)
As I haven't received either the chips or the Zumo yet, can someone please tell me:
1. Are Audiofy audiobook chips in MP3 format such that they'll play on the Zumo? If not,
2. What program do I need to convert the Audiofy chips to MP3?

I sincerely appreciate your assistance!
