I'm a cheap bastard, so I downloaded all the episodes from season 14 of the famous TV show Simpsons. They're all in .mpg format. I guess this is not the same mpg format used on DVDs. How do I burn 'em all onto one DVD (including a fancy menu) without being a tech. superman?

Use a program called TMPGEnc Plus to convert from mpeg to mpeg2. Then use TMPGEnc DVD Author to convert from Mpeg2 to VOB format (DVD)
