Hi i need to know if this cpu will work with this cpu the socket is the same but the mobo says 1066/800 and my cpu fsb is 500

yes it will.

a good idea is to always look at the specs page. it tells you there what is and isn't compatible.

to be honest since that motherboard can handle a core2duo i would spend the extra money and get one.

The Pentium D looks more powerfull with the 2.66GHz but in reality the core2duo would outperform it.
