i am a new user here.i need to edit my video coz i cannot upload it @youtube it says its too long...i want to make it shorter...and also i want to learn editing...what free software should i download? please help

To edit AVI files, use this LINK, for guides and software downloads. If you have converted AVI to dvd, then use this popular Freeware app. For a guide on how to use it, try Alkohol's.
