I captured off my minidv. That capture file plays perfectly on my pc. I go to encode it to MPEG-2 and after it's done the audio on the file (still on pc)is slowed. But it's kept up with the video. I don't think it's a sync issue, maybe a codec issue. I installed k-lite. Didn't help. Any suggestions? Oh and I tried burning to a DVD-RW and it's slowed.
