All of the nes, and gamecube games that you are supposed to be able to purchase an download, is there anywhere to get these without paying? any links? or is it possible?

No gamecube games I had something one it but it was my oppinion anyway currently;
N64 (1996)
SNES (1991)
NES (1986)
Turbo Grafx (1987)
Sega Genesis (1988)
Its fun downloading one game out of each gen of consoles you see how gaming has changed from the 80's and early 90's to what we know it now the most change you will see is the N64 games 3D.

even if they where availible for download for free we couldn't tell you

Even if you did obtain games that someone else downloaded from the Wii Shop channel they will not work on your Wii. The game data is encrypted with each Wii console number so it won't play on another system.

And in case you were going to ask current modchips won't do it either as they are only drive chips with unlock the Wii's optical drive.

Its to do with the binary and data on the console if you download the game the code of binay might be 27996781-A678 so imagine the console having a notpad like thing where every game's no. is stored on this notepad but there is no way now for us to know the code there is but its shit i think for all we could know when the file is put to SD the code might be chnaged purposely and when put back on teh system memory might change back just to prevent piracy.
