Does anyone know how to get an external Firewire HD working with win xp? I recently bought one from tigerdirect. It has both usb and firewire connections and works fine using it with a usb cable. I know my firewire cards works correctly because I use it all the time to connect my DV Camcorder to my pc. When I use the usb win xp sees it and everything works great. No documentation worth a crap came with it and tech support is unresponsive.
