I love azereus I have used it to download for years and have always got top downnload speeds of around 50kb on a half meg connection. I recently swapped my USB modem for a wireless router and after a few teething problems (port forwarding, Static Ips etc.) I got Azereus working at full speed again.

I have recently upgraded my half meg connection to 1 meg connection with Supanet (UK) and its now all gone pear shaped! I never get download speeds more than about 5kbs when it should be around 100kbs!!! I have checked several different and reliable torrents with 1000+ seeders and leechers with me connected to around 100 and still download speed averages under 5kbs. I have plugged in my original USB modem and still the same problem so its not the router (and that is configured to work with azereus anyway!All green smiley faces!

The only thing that has changed is my internet package speed from half meg to 1 meg which means it should be twice as fast not ten times as slow!

Has anyone any ideas as I'm totally stumped!!!

Use Utorrent then. There's a guide in afterdawn. Try sesarching DVDBack23 cuz he has this greast guide for Utorrent!
