AVI to MPEG converter can't find Frame #0

I'm using Cucusoft's AVI to MPEG converter, and it works almost all the time.

Sometimes, though, I can't select a specific AVI file for conversion, and the error message tells me it's because it can't find frame #0.

Can anyone help? Cheers.
