Hi,
I did manage to convert AVI files into MPEG files with VCD extensions, all went well there, splitting the files and all.
Every time I try to burn with nero, or NTI CD makers, it fails, somthing to do with the buffer.
I have a PII PC 350 MH CPU, and a Richo CD R,
and more than 90 MB RAM.
I did use the same CD R to burn music (mp3 2 sound files) with success, but with the VCD it never works.
Can you help please.
Thanks
Osama

I see your point, and I was wondering if an upgrade of my pc would solve the problem?
You see, Nero burns part of the CD, about 60% or more then it fails, even in simulation, so is NTI.
Would an upgrade of CPU & Memory be sufficient, or would I need to upgrade my CD writer too.
I have Richo 7060s, up to 8X in berning speed.
Thnks for the insight

Thank you Dela, very nice site indeed.
However, it does not answer my second question to you concerning the upgrade.

Sorry Dela, I missed your reply in the previous post, only saw the link in your sig, and since I don't know yet how to edit my message here, please disregard my previous post.
Thanks again, I will upgrade and try again, and then let you know what happened :-)
